You are currently viewing Densifying and Repair

Concrete densifying and sealing refers to a chemical process that fills pores and hardens the concrete surface. Densifiers are best applied in a “flood type” application to maximize penetration (densifiers applied by roller or mop do not achieve saturation levels sufficient for long lasting durability). In some applications, the chemical sealing and hardening process is sufficient, but often the chemical process is followed by a mechanical concrete polishing. When the chemical and mechanical process are used together, concrete floors are significantly more durable and easy to clean.
